Real Life: September 26th - 28th

So tonight there are many thing going on. Apparently Mr. McCain did find a teensy bit of time in his personally saving the American economy from utter, irrevocable collapse to squeeze in a minor little debate for the Presidency of the United States. You can go watch that at the Royale, if you like. If you're a-political, you could go to the Art Museum and see the delightful act that Amanda rounded up. I hear there's even gonna be a bar. If you hate politics and music, you could go eat someplace. Me & the Bug won't be doing any of those things because we're going to see some guys play some baseball. Those guys will be the Cardinals. And we'll be seeing a lot of them this weekend as it's the end of the season for us.

Tomorrow, hopefully something outdoors-ish during the day and then a New Year's party in the evening.

Sunday will involve more baseball. So there.

the deer will be catching up on sleep this afternoon.  if i wake up in time, i would be interested in eating taco-related food and seeing the klesmer band.  

saturday i work in the morning.  then in the afternoon i have to mow my lawn for the first time ever.  and also i will be preparing for a new year's party.  if there is time, i'd love to visit strange crafters.

sunday i'm going to the rams game - which means i'll be drinking beer and eating hot dogs all day.  

also, there is an open house at my house on sunday so if you want to buy a house, come to my open house.

Tonight: Didn't we eat tacos last weekend? Maybe Mangia? Maybe Bahn Miso, if it's a small group, which it seems like it may be? Maybe we'll TiVo the debate and watch it later after dinner?

Tomorrow: Celebrating the New Year with Strange Folk.

The following day: Chillin'.

Next weekend: Baby's first plane trip!!1!

Coral--I would love it if you would TiVo the debate--I get off work about 9:30 or so?

Tomorrow: a.m.: getting exercise--p.m.: Strange Folk show--later p.m.: New Year-ing

Sunday: Come see the 1926 animated film "The Adventures of Prince Achmed" with live musical accompaniment at the art hut for free! (1 p.m.) Make a shadow puppet and play with our shadow puppet theatre!

Sunday evening--anyone interested in coming over to watch the finally-released-on-dvd-after-like-30-years "Ladies and Gentleman, Presenting the Fabulous Stains"? Say bout 7-ish? Let me know!

Last night: I went to bed at 5am and Katie still hasn't gone to sleep (though she did wake up to "begin her day" at around midnight). Our sleep patterns are all messed up right now.

Tonight: Therefore I don't think either of us have the energy to make it out of the apartment. We'll hopefully be awake for the debate. If not we'll have to watch them later on YouTube. DeManda: if you have the opportunity, say hello to Paul of Yidn for me (the clarinet guy). I'd love to see them, but I'm on the verge of collapse.

Saturday: Working during the day. Apples and honey on Sunshine at night.

Sunday: Depends on how much work I get done on Saturday.
