I, for one, am working late this evening--you'll all have to HL without me. Please feel free to get pizza, as I will not be there. After work, I and my cat are going on a playdate--that's right--a playdate. With my cat. You got something to say about that? Later tonight, Marky is spinning rekkids at The Royale.

Saturday, I'm gonna get a new velocipede! Hooray! In the evening, my pal Matt Rabbitt is celebrating a birthday! Hooray!

Sunday I work--the Zoo is bringing animals up the the Art Hut for an afternoon of sketching--you can totally join us if you'd like!

The rest of the week will be spent riding my bi-cycle!

Real Life: Life on the Streets, April 6-8

It's a weekend! It's an Easter Weekend! My l'il sis is trying to talk me into attending an adult egg hunt this weekend that involves drinking for two hours, and then heading into a wooded park area with flashlights and baskets. I opted for "no" on that one, so what do you have for me to do instead?

GL snubber, MAD hater, and friend Kristin is in St. Louis for the weekend--huzzah!

Tonight, I work late, possibly attend my friend Ron's art show, and possibly also hang out with onetime GL lurker Rachel B.

Tomorrow, I work, and then I avoid drunken, egg-hunting mishaps by doing something not-that-ish?

Sunday, I celebrate Easter by working, then maybe hanging out with the fambily and eating too much sugar.

Real Life: For Reals

It's Friday! I'm working late--where are all of you going to eat your HL meals? I remember last year when we all made very random green things in honor of St. Patrick's Day and Kristin thought we were trying to poison her with mochi balls. If I weren't working late, I'd want to do something like that again.

Tomorrow, I can't decide whether we (rumor has it that I'll have some dude with me) should avoid the St. Pat's madness and find other stuff to do, or embrace St. Pat's madness and go either downtown or to Dogtown for the parades.Maybe the Irish brunch at The Royale? Something involving exercise would be nice. What do you guys think?

Sunday it's more work, and then TV?

Next week it's back to school for me, and possibly Rat a Tat Tat at the Gargoyle on Tuesday night.
